Jessica Norton

Jessica is Director of SUD Programming for PrimeCare Medical, Inc. She has extensive experience treating incarcerated individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders. She is responsible for the development and administrative oversight of evidenced-based opioid treatment programs including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in correctional facilities. Jessica is committed to destigmatizing addiction and implementing inclusive, person-centered care by inspiring and empowering patients on their path to recovery.
